    I’ve been an HR Manager for over 30 years so read career articles with a somewhat skeptical eye; however, there is much truth to this one by Arnie. The dynamics of a phone interview are much different from a face to face interview but the job hunter needs to tackle the same things: establish a personal brand, explain motivation for the job, how it fits into her or his overall career aspirations and, really importantly, tackle those potential red flags proactively.
